    A film crew holes up in an abandoned hotel, having run out of money while shooting a science fiction film, waiting for the director to track down their missing producer, who is hiding from the mob. Filmed by Wim Wenders during a delay in the production of his 1981 film "Hammett," using much of the same cast and crew as Raul Ruiz's "The Territory," whom Wenders was assisting at the time.
