These high density flap discs are designed for the user looking for extended life and conformability in heavy-duty applications. 40 percent more abrasive cloth than a standard flap disc. 100 percent zirconium grain provides superior edge grinding. Engineered poly/cotton cloth features excellent grain retention for maximum disc life. Phenolic prevents backing from scratching the workpiece.
