    Description

    This is a hand-held railroad conductor's hole punch made by M.C. MIETH. It makes a round hole that is 11 mm (just under 1/4") in diameter. It is well-marked and very heavy for its size. It is undated, but I'm reasonably certain it is no newer than World War II
