This auction is for one Vintage W & B Co. RAILROAD SPECIAL Monkey Pipe Wrench, 18" Long Train.  Although it is not marked, I believe this to be from the  B&O  or Baltimore & Ohio rail line as it was found in Berkley Springs WV with other rail items.  .  Great item for any collector!
