This Harp/ zither/ Tremoloa  is old and rare and make sounds but I would think it needs to be tuned.  I know very little about these instruments so it is sold as is, appears to be complete maybe minus a few strings and possibly a bow or arm.       The item you see in the pictures is the actual item you will receive.  I noticed that others called these Stella  I did not find that on mine when listing it but I added the name to match the others hope that makes sense.
