Marking on the maul: LEETONIA 8
Previous owner had collection and cleaned them up.
Vintage railroad spike maul that is in a his collection.Can not find the name  or reading it wrong - cleaned up the head - previous owner painted it red - darken area's - surface pitting  - nicks to the edge - previous owner had used a grinder to clean the head.. It is a maul or add to a collection.

Length of handle 30"
Actual weight 9 lb. 3 OZ.
This is a maul to put into a collection or for the working person that needs one

This is a local estate sale find.
I have not attempted to clean, buff or oil it in any way.
