Vintage Pennsylvania PRR Railroad Hubbard Spike Hammer Machinist Hand Tool

Description

Offered is a Pennsylvania railroad hammer tool that I believe was used to hammering spikes,  but this is only my opinion. The head is all-original without any grinding or filing and has the appropriate work use wear and is stamped "PRR" in two areas. The head measures approximately 4-7/8" in length with a 1-1/4" width and is tightly-intact to the wooden handle.  The handle is stamped "14" Machinist Hammer Mac H-16-A" with other non-legible wording.
