For your consideration are 4 very pretty vintage new old stock hackle feather pads with tags that read Paris Made in France.
They are a combination of black, red, white and dark aqua.
The pads measure 6”x3½”.
This is lot #33.
These feathers were part of my moms millinery inventory from the 1960-1970’s.
