Vintage Millinery 6 Cobalt Blue & Green Hackle Pads for Fascinator Hats Costume

For your consideration are 6 new old stock vintage cobalt royal blue and forest green hackle pads.
They measure approx. 7”x5”.
There are no tags but I am selling two groups of this same hackle pad and one of them has a tag that reads Made in Formosa.
This is lot #65.
These feathers were part of my moms millinery inventory from the 1960-1970’s.
I have lots of different types of feathers to list so check back in to see what’s new.
