Vintage Millinery 6 Cobalt Blue Aqua Green Hackle Pads for Fascinator Hats

For your consideration are 4 new old stock vintage cobalt royal blue, aqua and bright green hackle pads and 2 royal blue and forest green hackle pads.
They measure approx.6”x4”.
There are no tags but I am selling two other groups of this same type hackle pad in cobalt and forest green and one of them has a tag that reads Made in Formosa.
This is lot #66.
These feathers were part of my moms millinery inventory from the 1960-1970’s.
I have lots of different types of feathers to list so check back in to see what’s new.
