Estate find!  This item will definitely clean up. It is nearly as found!  Vintage Simplex 322 house railroad jack vintage reel jack with supports..  What a cool vintage item. Seems to be mechanically usable however I'm not an expert at these things  the new owner will have to check it out if they decide they're going to use it and assume their own risk.   Very cool decorative or usable piece.  Will accept cash on pickup or use eBay checkout.
