Vintage Grape Purple Ostrich Feather Boa for Fascinator Hat Bridal Costume 20”

For your consideration is a very pretty unused vintage purple grape colored ostrich feather boa length approx. 20” long.
The feathers measure 4”-6” long and the piece weighs .04oz/10g.
There are no tags and I am unsure how to determine the ply.

These feathers were part of my moms millinery inventory from the 1960-1970’s.
