I believe this old tool was used on the Great Northern Railroad.  It is marked GNRR Celfor 1/2 High Speed.
Not sure what this was used for.  Maybe a reamer for bridge or rail work.  Not marked but probably USA steel made.  No date.
Shows wear and some corrosion.  Definitely was used.  Good condition for age.
