VINTAGE DOVER CO. ALA, MINN. NEW YORK CITY-PENNA RAILROAD GALVANIZED OIL CAN 1 Qt. Can is in very good conditions as seen in the photos. size is 8" tall x 8" handle to spout tip and a 4" base. From the inside you can see the embossed Dover and other letters and numbers. There is a 10? not sure if 1, 2 or 3? You can not make out the embossed are from the outside only the
