Vintage C.M. & St. P RR RY Intermediate Antique Railroad Wrench 12" Long USA

This is a nice old antique wrench marked C.M. & St. P. RY on one side and INTERMEDIATE on the other.  C.M. & St. P. is the markings for the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul Railroad, and my guess is RY means "rail yard".  I'm not sure what the intermediate refers to on the other side.  The wrench looks really good, with not a ton of major wear.  It's got dings and scuffs from use, but not severe.  The main issue is the jaw is frozen ... when the screw is turned it moves the screw deeper into the jaw, instead of moving the jaw.  I'm guessing this can be fixed by someone who knows how to restore these old tools, but that is not me.  Even if not, it's a nice railroad collectible and ripe for display!
