    Description

    Very clean black velvet fascinator.  It has a band that sits on your head and on top of that are 2 pieces that together looks like a large bow.
    There is a tulle face covering.  Please see the last photo that shows some areas on the tulle that are torn.  It's very delicate.
    I bought it in April in Dothan Al at an estate sale.  The owner had lived to 100 years old and graduated from high school in 1938.  While she was in school she was Miss Dothan.
    I have several other of her hats and I will combine shipping.
    Her daughter said she loved to dress up and was always wearing hats and gloves.
