Vintage 2 Piece Knit Baby A Little Angel Original Yellow Puppies

Vintage 2 Piece Knit Baby A Little Angel Original diaper set. The top is yellow with a baby deer, tree, and mushrooms embroidered on front and tiny cutouts. It has three button closure on back left shoulder. The diaper cover is yellow with elastic waistband.
No size tag or material tag. Please see below.
Flat measurements in inches:
Top: 9 1/4 underarms. 10 top of shoulder through hem.
Diaper cover; 6 1/2 waist (mot much stretch in elastic) Elastic is showing on each side on the inside. Do not know if it was made this way or was added. Shown in pictures.
8 top of waist to bottom of legs.
