    FAB vintage PINK Silk Flower Covered Top hat style fashion design.
    Inside is mesh frame style hat with a  bit of a rim. The rim is finished with a pink velvet border.
    The hat is fully covered with vintage silk (?) rayon type PINK FLOWERS. The flowers have a slight bit of light green edge tint and each flower has a formed center 'bud'. The rim edge and the top of hat is covered with the flowers and there is a 2" wide pink grosgrain ribbon all around the band with a wide bow in the back (or front depending on how you wish to wear it).
    The inner band circumference is about 21" around. Total height is about 7" and the width across the rim edge is about 10" on the wide side by 9" on the shorter side.
    It is marked with a Union Made Label.
    It is an ADORABLE original 60's era item.
    Its in overall wonderful vintage condition with no visible rips, tears or damage and no odors from a smoke free estate.
