Vint Fascinator HAT Headpiece AQUA~TURQUOISE VELVET w Face Veil Wedding~

FAB vintage deep turquoise-aqua velvet fascinator 'skull-cap' style hat with a tulle netting partial front veil. Top has a velvet bow and the sides are little triangular-diamond shapes.
Original mesh veil has a few scattered velvet dots.
Short veil would not cover entire face.
Length from end to end is appx 11-1/2" to fit over the top of the head and its about 7-1/2" wide with about another 3" for the front tulle veil drop.
Frame can be adjusted for better fit.
It is not marked for maker or designer.
It is an ADORABLE original 60's era item.
Its in overall wonderful vintage condition with no visible rips, tears or damage and no odors from a smoke free estate.
