Vint BRIM HAT Light BLUE Woven RAFFIA w GROSGRAIN RIBBON HATBAND

FUN vintage Woven covered Top hat style fashion design.
It is a light Baby Blue color.
Inside is mesh frame style top hat with a bit of a rim. The rim is finished with a light blue velvet border.
The hat is fully covered with woven vintage blue (plastic coated?)
Raffia Ribbon strips.
The rim edge and the top of hat is covered with the woven raffia and there is a 2" wide light blue  grosgrain ribbon all around the band with a little ribbon drop in the back .
The inner band circumference is about 21" around. Total height is about 5" and the width across the rim edge is about 10" around.
It is un marked form maker or designer.
It is an ADORABLE original 60's era item.
I do see 2 spots of raffia ribbon that show the natural color instead of the blue (see pics) otherwise its in overall wonderful vintage condition with no visible rips, tears or damage and no odors from a smoke free estate.
