    This is from the 1977 National Boy Scout Jamboree. It was held at Moraine State Park in Pennsylvania from August 3-9 1977. It rained every day of that Jamboree.
    This is the official fishing permit card used at the jamboree. This is an unused, single mint card. (Both sides of one card shown in the picture).
