True vintage baby girl set, stretch knit, hoodie set

This item is a beautiful 2 piece vintage knit baby girl suit, consisting of footed pants and a hooded jacket.
The fabric is great vintage stretchy acrylic in a pink and white scallop pattern. So retro!
This suit was made in Japan.
The jacket is double breasted with tiny pearl buttons. It has a hood with embroidered pom pom flowers around baby's face and soft knit ties. The pants have an elastic waist and adorable white pom poms on baby's toes.
This suit is tagged an 18 months but please check measurements carefully, as this is a vintage size. I believe that it will best fit a baby in the size range 9-12 months. It does have plenty of stretch.
Jacket :
shoulders - 16"
shoulder to waist - 9 1/4"
Pants :
waist, unstretched - 15" around
length, waist to crotch - 8 1/2"
This size may also work for a large doll or bear.
This outfit looks as if it has never been worn. Excellent condition with no stains, snags, or holes. The only flaw is that one pompom is missing from the end of the ties to the hood. (The other pom pom could easily be snipped off, or another could be added.)
The vintage acrylic is very soft and is machine washable.
This little suit is so pretty that it will make a wonderful winter portrait. Also a unique baby gift for a special little girl.
The pom poms are irresistible!
