When ordering from Tech Armor directly or though our e-commerce partners, we want you to get your product as quickly as possible. Most orders placed before noon will ship the same day and we typically upload tracking information that same afternoon or at the latest by midnight before our shipping elves go to sleep!
Our Shipping Days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday and holidays declared by our carriers (i.e. US Postal Service and UPS).
Your order will ship out within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in your order.
NOTE: PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS DELIVERABLE BY UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS), AND ADDRESSEE NAME and ADRESS are 100% CORRECT.
YOU WILL BE BILLED AGAIN FOR SHIPPING IF USPS RETURNS YOUR SHIPMENT AS UNDELIVERABLE AND A SECOND DELIVERY ATTEMPT IS MADE.
How to Estimate Transit Time?
You will be provided an estimated ship date when you place your order. For example: If you place an order on Friday afternoon, we will process and ship it on Monday. If you order with standard delivery to a US address, it would be delivered within 5-7 business days. We ship from Southern California, so if you are on the East Coast, be patient, your product will arrive and we do use delivery confirmation on all packages shipped, so rest assured we will know when it does get there. You can track your order as well, as every order we ship has tracking information.
USPS Tracking: We use delivery confirmation, so you will not see real time updates for our standard shipping but rather a departure scan and a delivery confirmation. If you do need detailed tracking information, you can choose to pay to ship priority or next day service as well.

At Tech Armor, we are not about a single transaction. We build lifetime relationships with our customers and that is why we offer the industry leading Tech Armor Lifetime Replacement Warranty on every Screen Protector, Mobile Device Case and Cable we sell. We even offer an industry best 10 year replacement warranty on all of our wall and car chargers.
Replacements
As screen protectors can be challenging to install, even for the best of us, we again offer the best warranty in the business. We will replace screen protectors that are messed up during the installation process, or are damaged in use, FREE of Charge. At our discretion we will even offer to pay the freight to get the replacements to you. We want your device protected, the Tech Armor way.
Refunds
What if you are not happy with your purchase? Again, it is very simple, we will take back any product purchased from Tech Armor in the first 30 days, no questions asked. Actually we do ask, because we want to continue to improve our products through your feedback. We do ask that you ship the product back to us as part of our return policy and that it be in new and sellable condition. Please use the return address and label included on the packing list in your original shipment. If you don't have the packing list don't worry and use the address below.
