Beautiful Handmade Snowflake Party Hat. Boutique style! Very Chic!
This hat was worn only one time for a brief photo shoot. It has been kept in storage indoors. The hat is in excellent condition!! There is tissue paper inside hat to help maintain its shape. Hat is made of fabric (blue with white snowflakes), feather boa, and ribbon. I don't know what the actual cone is made of. I did not make this hat... purchased from an Etsy seller.
Size: child to adult.  Approx. 7" Tall and 5" Wide (not including boa and ribbon)
