    Description

This Siddha Yoga cassette tape features the stunning version of the chant
    SAMBA SADASHIVA
    as sung solo by
    JOYCE WELLS
and released in 1997.  This is quite different from the version of Samba Sadashiva where Gurumayi leads a group in call and response.  This hard to find version was played throughout the Month-Long and Week-Long courses during all the breaks, over the loudspeakers on Mt Kailash at Shree Muktananda Ashram in South Fallsburg in the 90's, and was available for purchase for a limited time.  Joyce Wells is a Siddha Yoga Meditation student with a beautiful ethereal voice, who also plays the harmonium here.  The very unusual and hypnotic violin playing is provided by Mark Feldman, with Meg Christian supplying back-up vocals, all premier musicians in South Fallsburg back then.  The cassette (SYDA 105406) was purchased in South Fallsburg at the Ashram and listened to occasionally back then and so has been gently used, and then lovingly stored in a smoke-free environment since then.  Both cassette and case are in very good condition.  I have just played it and it plays well.
Each side is 30:42 in length and contains the
    hauntingly beautiful version
    of
    SAMBA SADASHIVA
.  Please see all photos for more complete details as they are part of the description, and please ask any questions up front as all sales are final.  Thanks for looking!
