    Description

    jamboree 1933 scout axe held in Gadollo Budapest Hungary. This was the last Jamboriee held bu the Boy scouts until after the end of WW2. Because of the communist take over of Hungary the Scouts were outlawed. They were reinstated when Hungary regained its independence. There were only 406 American scouts that attended this Jamboree. The un official language of the Jamboree was the sign language. The White Stag became the symbol of the Scout Spirit. This walking axe is original and from that Jamboree Please look at the pictures and ask questions.This is a scouting relic from the earliest days of scouting and is in outstanding shape for its age.
