ERROR - BU Canada 1963 1-cent, partial collar (minor rim fin)

Description

An interesting, minor error. A partial collar error, with a minor rim fin on the reverse. It almost looks like these coins were "struck too hard", and the metal had nowhere else to go, but outside the collar die.
This coin is really, really well struck, with full rim and bright mirrored fields and light cameo. It almost looks like a proof-like (PL) strike, except this came out of a mint bag. I pulled a small number of this error type out of the same mint bag.
This coin is brilliant uncirculated, problem-free, full red colour and lustre. I have only a small number of these examples of this error for sale. In this small sample I have, grades generally range from MS-60 to MS-63.
