Early BEMIS & CALL 15" Railroad Vintage Adjustable Wrench - Springfield & Ohio??

Selling an antique early BEMIS & CALL adjustable railroad wrench. It is hard to see markings, and even harder to get photographs of them. This could be a Springfield and Ohio or a Springfield and Southern wrench, or marked Springfield from manufacturing location. I can’t make it out. A bit over 15 inches long, and 4.5 pounds. A potentially good weapon, said Miss Scarlet. The twisty adjustable thing works great.
