Cornerstone’s take on the mythical Uni-Vibe!
With the Aquarium, Cornerstone set out to re-create the beautiful, three-dimensional tones of the original, 1960s Uni-Vibe.
With 100% analog circuitry, dual speed controls, true bypass switching and top mounted jacks, the Aquarium is player focused, practical and ready for the road.
The pedal runs at 18V, key to obtaining those classic rich deep Vibe tones from the analog bulb circuitry within.
Cornerstone also worked tirelessly to ensure that issues commonly found in vintage units had been eliminated, so there’s no volume drops or tonal loss here: only expressive, three-dimensional Vibe tones!

More volume!
Uni-Vibe pedals often create a volume drop and get lost in the mix. That’s a fact.
That’s why Cornerstone chose to add a master volume to the Aquarium, allowing you to cut or boost when necessary.
Unity volume is around 55%, giving you plenty of room to boost the front end of your amp!
More tone!
A simple, yet hugely effective Tone control allows you to balance the overall bass / treble.
Many Vibe pedals add a dark quality to your sound, because of the design’s complex phase shifting effect.
That’s especially apparent when a fuzz is put in from of the pedal, causing some muddiness.
The Aquarium’s dedicated Tone control solves this!
More control over your tone!
Cornerstone added a nifty Mix control to the Aquarium.
The pedal lets you select between two ways of blending your dry and wet signals, giving you access to a huge range of possibilities!
Go from 100% wet to 100% dry, and all the points in between to find your signature sound.
Or, keep 100% of your dry signal and control the volume of the Vibe effect.
This mode maintains the integrity of your clean signal, yet lets you attain some unique, more subtle Vibe sounds.
