:  Free shipping!  However, please note that actual shipping fees are always non refundable and will be deducted from the purchase price in the event you exchange or refund in all circumstances.  The reason why shipping fees are non-refundable is because the post office will not refund the cost of shipping to me, so I can't refund the fees back to you.
No need to panic if the fur is crushed or disheveled after shipping or if the fur smells musty after shipment.  This is normal.  Please note that fur is resilient and will restore itself naturally in a matter of time and any odors picked up during shipment will go away after the item is aired out for a few days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
:  There is an international shipping fee for all international shipments.  International purchasers please be advised that video proof of the condition of your fur will be emailed to you prior to shipment to confirm that the item is damage free. Any damage caused to the item by your customs office is not our fault or responsibility.
