Like-New condition; I have a new bike that doesn't have a metal fuel tank to mount this bag or I'd still be using it.
The plastic screen has touch sensitivity to use with a smart phone, but with some limitations.  My iPhone is touch sensitive under the plastic when on, like with the map app, but I can't turn my iPhone on through the plastic.  I'm able to see notifications and scroll through notifications without turning on my phone.
