    Bed Strips
    1937-1939 Chevy Short Bed Stepside
    Unpolished bed strips are shiny, but not as shiny as polished stainless. Bed strips are punched with square holes according to the original pattern. Each strip is 1 1/2" wide and 18 gage thickness. Stainless steel is type 430, bright and slightly magnetic. This truck requires 5 bed strips. This set is made like the original with two additional 5/16" holes in the middle of the center strip for a spare tire attachment. Center strip has (6) 1/4" holes and (2) 5/16" holes for spare tire. If you want the set without these holes, Please let us know when ordering.
