    Description

    Antique ‘Sturde Steel’ Coal Shovel #2 of the New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad(N.Y.C. & St. L RR) known as the Nickel Plate. This shovel is in great vintage condition.
    A great example of a railroad coal shovel. This particular shovel was owned by my grandfather, he worked on the Nickel Plate Railroad. My family used this shovel at home to shovel coal into our coal heater when I was young, back in Indiana.
    This is an ‘as is’ purchase, the text and photos accurately describe the RR shovel for purchase.
