Antique Victorian Fashionable Flower-Adorned Blue Velvet Child's Bonnet

Description

Authentic antique Victorian deep-blue velvet fashionable child's bonnet, constructed by hand, with delicate silk and felt (velvet?) flowers trim on top and a wide blue bow-tied satin ribbon decoration.  Five faceted gold-tone round buttons are attached on one side.  The interior has a detached black silk lining, and some stiff black fabric undernearth which needs reinforcing.  The blue velvet covers a pliable frame (metal?) around the face.
Condition: All original.  The blue satin ribbon bows have tissue paper tucked inside to prevent creasing.  The blue velvet needs a professional textile cleaning.  The red berries on the side, as you can see, can be replaced with similar.  A straight pin underneath the flowers (could not get a photo) holds the folded blue velvet in place at the top, which can be easily sewn together.  Otherwise in excellent condition, with no stains, tears or fading.
It would look fantastic on a large doll in Victorian dress or as part of a collection of antique Victorian children's clothing.  The bonnet is a beautiful example of Victorian textile art and fashion.
