    Description

    From a collector’s estate to you. Up for sale is an antique stringed zither made by Regent, the Special No. 5. in the black finish. In decent shape, shows wear, chipping and cracking. It is missing 2 strings (as pictured). The decals are still in pretty good shape and displays quite nicely. I have made no attempt to clean or tune this, I leave that to you. My research shows that the paper label inside shows a patent date of November 22, 1898, but it’s hard to see that in this example. Measures 19 inches long by 13.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall.
