Antique Chinese Export Porcelain Armorial Cup & Saucer - Rooster & Crown Crest

Description

Early Chinese export cup & saucer, decorated with floral garlands around the rims and an armorial cartouche featuring a gilded rooster on a shield toped by a crown and flanked by two other birds.
With some loss to the gilded decoration, and one 1/4" chip on the rim of the saucer (as shown in photos), as well a couple of other tiny flea-bite nicks on the rim and bottom.
Cup measures 2 1/2" high, and saucer measures 5 1/2" in diameter.
