Advanced Car Mover Company Part Number P3 Porter Spring Winder (Incomplete, See description)***THIS ITEM IS INCOMPLETE AND IS BEING SOLD FOR PARTS OR REPAIR ONLY.*** I acquired this out in the state auction where a guy done a lot of machining and for industrial and other type of machine. From the patent number it's state citizen spring winder and I found one other here on eBay and it's a porter spring winder. From what I can tell it's missing the main winder handle which could easily be fabricated out of a piece of bar steel and a piece of wood and a boat? This is the main body part of the spring winder.
