Graphic Specifications
1. Complete Artwork Size: W263cm x H234cm (W103.54in x H92.13in)
2. Convert files to JPEG, TIFF (LZW Compression) or PDF file format.
3. Color Mode should be CMYK.

Files and all imported images should be set up at full size (1:1 scale). 100% of the final print size.
5. The resolution should be 72-125 dpi at final size.

Artwork Responsibility
1.
The graphic proof will be returned to the customer by email before production. We must have your approval to the proof before production.
2. The customer is responsible to check any errors (texts, graphics, color etc.) that would exist onto the artwork.
3. We will not touch your artwork and we are not responsible in any errors existed on the artwork.
Extra Service

Production Turnaround
1. 5 business days upon receipt your printable file. Not including delivery transit time.
2. Production department opens Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (GMT+8).
Payment Method and Policy
1. We accept payment by PayPal and major credit cards through PayPal.
2. Payment should be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Shipping
1. All items are packed and shipped from Hong Kong.
2. We will ship only to address provided by PayPal. (No exceptions)
3. We will ship the products within 1 business days after production done. (Excluding Public Holidays)
4. Buyers are responsible for additional local taxes and duties (if any). They are not included in the price.
5. We are not responsible for any postal or customs delays.

Return Policy
1. No Refund. Exchange only. (Apply to the display hardware only)
2. Graphic orders (of any kind) are all custom and are not returnable.
3. We cannot be held responsible for slight color deviation of the print.
4. Problems with banner printing like typos or incorrect files will be replaced at customer own expense.
5. Notification of return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
6. Return items must be returned in new condition with original packaging within 3 days.
7. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees on returns.
8. We are not responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.
9. All items are inspected before shipping. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.
