    The extension was recently obtained from a Missouri estate sale, and was apart of a private Railroad collection, and shows to have been well cared for. The exact age is unknown.
    I believe this is an early socket extension wrench used by the Missouri Pacific Railroad, not sure of time era.
    The extension is stamped,
    SNAP-ON, SB-5 MADE IN USA
    , with a 9 date code which is 1939 on the chart, and stamped on the shaft is
    MOP
    .
    The extension is 1/2” drive and is 5” long from end to end.
