    4-1/2ft. Helium Advertising Balloon, USA made, quality polyurethane. This sale is for the "Advertising" balloon only. It was used briefly to model patterns for a fabric exhibit piece - please see photos. It has several attachment eyes placed on the "top". So it can be filled with either air and hung from above or it can be filled with helium and launched on a tether, add more attachment points as needed.
