2 VINTAGE PAPER MACHE COMPOSITION 18" DOLLS W/ORIGINAL CLOTHES

These dolls are matching other than hair color/dress color. Both are missing lashes and both are missing the middle round tin eye part. I'm sure you could fix them some way. Just really needs the little round middle party of the eye. Guessing from approx 30s/40s. They appear to be made of a paper mache or compo material. I have not cleaned them and they have some soil. Hair in original style and have polish on nails and lipstick. There are some dings here and there, but nothing major. They don't appear to have crazying. The brunette back of head has some denting, but don't notice since under her wig. They are jointed at the neck and limbs. Their shoes have aged and deteriorated. They have a voice box, but no longer working and pushed in some. With a little tlc/cleaning, they could be really nice. It's always great to have their original clothes. The dresses are faded, mostly in front. I'm guessing these were displayed rather than played with. The paint on these dolls looks pretty good with only a couple of dings.
